The two hour session is offered as a webinar and self-study course. The course is also available in a 5-hour format and can be tailored to meet the needs of prescribed professional learning or remediation mandated by a standards body.
The course is inquiry-driven in order to spur engagement with the content. A key inquiry question for participants is as follows: "How could the concept of boundaries help me create a more respectful, professional and inclusive environment?"

Instructor led webinar
Instructor led webinars are one-on-one or small group courses with a live facilitator. We believe that people learn by talking. Thus, the facilitator is tasked with helping individuals through the process of thinking about and examining their beliefs, feelings, and observations in order to not only build self‐awareness but also to develop depth of thinking with respect to the course content.
As well, because of the interactive nature of the course, webinar participants can't hide. They must interact with the facilitator.
The success of our program is driven by our focus on requiring participants to commit to taking ownership of their attitudes and behaviors.In addition, we suggest requiring attendees to take notes during the session to build connection and engagement with the material.
